本隱私權政策說明 ahher（以下稱「我們」）所開發的行動應用程式 Beytail（以下稱「本 App」）如何處理你的資訊。本政策同時適用於 Android 版與 iOS 版；兩版功能一致，僅在付款管道、 系統權限名稱與檔案儲存位置上依平台而有差異，差異處已於各段落標示。
核心原則：本 App 的相機影像辨識與特效全部在你的裝置上即時處理， 我們不會將你的相機畫面、照片或影片上傳到我們或任何第三方的伺服器。
唯一會離開你裝置的情況是你主動使用「折扣碼兌換」功能時， 需要將折扣碼與一組裝置識別碼送到我們的驗證服務進行核對（詳見第 2 節）。 此功能與相機影像完全無關，不使用時不會有任何連線。

傳送到我們以 Google Apps Script 架設的驗證服務，用來確認折扣碼是否有效、是否仍有名額，
以及防止同一台裝置重複兌換同一組折扣碼。
兌換成功時，我們會在自有的 Google 試算表中留存一筆紀錄，內容為「折扣碼、上述裝置識別碼、兌換時間」。
此過程不會傳送你的姓名、Email、Google 或 Apple 帳號、相機畫面、相片或影片。
上述識別碼並非廣告識別碼，我們不會用它進行廣告投放或跨 App 追蹤。
若你從未使用折扣碼功能，本 App 不會向此服務發出任何連線。陀螺辨識模型與所有特效運算皆在你的裝置本機執行。 我們沒有任何伺服器會接收你的相機畫面、相片或錄影內容——這些資料在任何情況下都不會離開你的裝置。
唯一的例外是第 2 節所述的折扣碼兌換：該功能僅傳送折扣碼與裝置識別碼，與你的影像內容完全無關。
你可以隨時撤銷上述權限： Android系統「設定 → 應用程式 → Beytail → 權限」； iOS系統「設定 → Beytail」。 撤銷相機權限後即時濾鏡將無法使用。
本 App 使用下列由第三方提供的服務：
這些服務的資料處理適用其各自的隱私權政策： Google 隱私權政策、 Apple 隱私權政策。
你的影片與購買解鎖狀態儲存在你的裝置本機。你可隨時刪除影片； 解除安裝本 App 會移除其本機資料（你已購買的紀錄仍保留在你的 Google 或 Apple 帳號，可重新安裝後還原）。
折扣碼兌換紀錄：若你使用過折扣碼，我們會在自有的 Google 試算表保留該筆兌換紀錄 （折扣碼、裝置識別碼、兌換時間），以維持折扣碼名額計算與防止重複兌換。 你可透過第 12 節的 Email 要求我們刪除你的兌換紀錄；請注意刪除後該裝置的兌換名額可能無法復原。
本 App 不會刻意向兒童蒐集個人資訊。本 App 不蒐集可識別個人的資料， 影像處理全程於裝置端運作，使用上不需要提供個人資訊、也不需要註冊帳號。
由於資料主要保存在你的裝置本機，其安全性由你的裝置與作業系統保護機制維護。 付款相關安全由 Google Play 或 Apple App Store 負責。折扣碼驗證服務以 HTTPS 加密傳輸。
我們可能不時更新本政策。重大變更將更新本頁面頂端的「最後更新」日期。建議你定期回來查看。

This Privacy Policy explains how ahher ("we", "us") handles your information in the mobile application Beytail (the "App"). It applies to both the Android and iOS versions, which are functionally identical and differ only in payment channel, system permission naming, and file storage location. Those differences are labelled inline below.
Core principle: all camera recognition and visual effects are processed in real time on your device. We do not upload your camera feed, photos, or videos to our servers or any third party.
The only data that leaves your device is when you actively use the "Redeem Code" feature, which sends the code you entered together with a device identifier to our verification service for validation (see Section 2). This feature is unrelated to camera imagery, and no connection is made if you never use it.

If you choose an existing video to add effects, the App reads that selected file locally for processing,

to our verification service hosted on Google Apps Script. This is used to check whether the code is valid
and still has redemptions available, and to prevent the same device from redeeming the same code more than once.
On a successful redemption we store a record in our own Google Sheet containing the code, that device
identifier, and the timestamp.
This process does not transmit your name, email, Google or Apple account, camera feed, photos, or videos.
These identifiers are not advertising identifiers; we do not use them for advertising or
cross-app tracking. If you never use the redeem feature, the App makes no connection to this service.The detection model and all effect rendering run locally on your device. We operate no server that receives your camera feed, photos, or recordings — that data never leaves your device under any circumstances.
The sole exception is the discount code redemption described in Section 2, which transmits only the code and a device identifier, and is entirely unrelated to your imagery.
You can revoke these permissions at any time: AndroidSettings → Apps → Beytail → Permissions; iOSSettings → Beytail. The live filter will not work without camera permission.
The App uses the following third-party services:
Data handling by these services is subject to their respective privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy, Apple Privacy Policy.
Your videos and unlock status are stored locally on your device. You can delete videos at any time; uninstalling the App removes its local data (your purchase records remain tied to your Google or Apple account and can be restored after reinstalling).
Discount code records: If you have redeemed a code, we retain that redemption record (code, device identifier, timestamp) in our own Google Sheet in order to maintain redemption counts and prevent duplicate redemptions. You may request deletion of your redemption record via the email in Section 12; note that after deletion the redemption allowance for that device may not be recoverable.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It collects no personally identifiable data, processes imagery entirely on-device, and requires no personal information or account registration to use.
Because data is kept primarily on your device, its security is protected by your device and operating system. Payment security is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. The discount code verification service is transmitted over HTTPS.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Please review it periodically.
